Should I put Summa Cum Laude honors or Top Graduate honors(highest GPA in my college) on my application or is that assumed off GPA and just looks stupid?
I think that would fit well in the work/activities section of your AMCAS application. I believe there is a subsection for awards and honors. Although, you would need to write a blurb about why it was important to you/the hard work you put in/etc.
A lot of students graduate summa cum laude (many schools have a cutoff GPA at 3.75 and the average matriculant had a 3.71 last year) so you'll want to explain why it was important to you.

Wow! It's 3.75 for summa cum laude at most schools? Heck, at UCLA I think it's 3.9 for summa! Dang, I went to the wrong school for honors!
(edit) Just looked it up for UCLA.
